With the ever widening gorge splitting the Democratic Party, where the power hungry Clintonista “Two-for-the-price-of-one’s” are demanding the affections of the X chromosome “interest group” and Obama is crooning to the “pigmentation plank”, there is one thing all parties involved agree upon. Brace yourselves, there is a “crisis in health care.”
As witnessed by the most recent Obama commercial/propaganda, replete with tinkling piano music and soft back lighting, he has a plan to fix health care. His “plan” which can be thoroughly “explained” in thirty seconds, sounds soothing but Socialism always does to a lemming.
The “Rodham Reader” otherwise known as the Communist Manifesto, contains the Socialist Queen Bee’s “Final Solution” to the crisis which is simply a retooling of the wildly successful “plan” from 1993 during Billy Bob’s presidency. If that is too “historical” for you, please consider her recent seventy billion-dollar ($70,000,000,000.00) “Plan to jump start Americas ailing economy” as her template for Marxist defibrillation. Economically speaking, it is the same as tossing an anvil to a drowning man.
Keep in mind what I call the “Constant Liberal Corollary”, if a liberal says they are going to fix a problem they are going to enlarge the problem.
If the two liberal candidates see a “problem with health care”, would their attention to this “problem” combined with their inherant “Democratic Regressive Myopia” become the health care equivalent of another house call from Dr. Kevorkian?
In other words, is health care really the “problem” here?
If the state of health care is so abysmal here, please fill me in on the latest medical breakthroughs coming from the scientific swamps of say, Nicaragua or Sudan. How about the most recent cutting edge technology emanating from the intellectual cesspools of say, Chechnya or Thailand? Every week or so we hear of another “human interest” story involving another foreigner coming to America with six heads in hopes of a cure. Why aren’t they jetting off to the socialized medicine Nirvanas of England or Canada? With the looming “health care crisis” in America, why isn’t everyone running to Chile for their miracle cures?
Could it be that the “problem” with health care lies outside of the realm of health care?
Could it be that the “problem” lies with the insurers? The way the “insurance” companies view health care is just a foreshadowing of the Democrats patented Socialized medicine platform circa 2008. Insurance companies telling you when you are sick and just how sick you are. Where and when you can and can’t go for care. Fill out all your forms because they can always go back and decide that their “coverage” was “too extensive” and they can mysteriously conclude that your procedure was “elective” and therefore you are not “covered.” “Insurance provider” is as oxymoronic as “liberal patriot.”
Is there any chance that the “problem” is being foisted off upon the health care industry as opposed to the insurance companies due to the immense insurance lobby and the vast sums that they contribute to the political coffers? Is the problem really with the doctor or the HMO?
What really adds flavor to the bouillabaisse is the fact that the left says the government screwed up its response to Hurricane Katrina, screwed up in Iraq and that’s just to name a few. So whom does the left want to rectify and resuscitate the “health care crisis”? The government. The left is convinced that THEIR version of a Leviathan government is more efficient and exemplary than any other government that preceded it.
If we remove the profit motive (Capitalism.) from medicine and research, we will become the equivalent of Trinidad/Tobago. No science, no research and no cures. Where will Rodham, Pelosi and Kerry go for their Botox injections? Cuba?
If there is any “crisis” in health care it’s the ridiculous careers made from the “malpractice industry.” Why is the cost of malpractice insurance (Again the cancerous tentacles of the “insurance industry” come into play..) so exorbitant? We need look no farther than one of the eighth rate “candidates” from the Hammer and Sickle Party, North Carolina’s most successful malpractice mythologian and “channeller”, John Edwards. When John wasn’t busy foreclosing on Katrina victims, he was laboriously cajoling cornpone juries to the profitable tune of nearly sixty million dollars ($60,000,000.00) which made its way into his bank account. John Edwards, attorney at law, has the distinction of forwarding nearly as much junk science as Al Gore, all for the benefit of his personal savings.
In 1979, the Democrats Miss Cleo convinced jurors that Jennifer Campbell was “inside me and she’s talking to you..” Edwards was so good at hoodwinking hayseed juries that in the Campbell “case” he expanded the liability to include a hospital even though the treatment was given by a private physician. In 2003, Edwards was so consumed with his altruistic impulses and his own self-importance that he wrote a “book” highlighting his experiences as a charlatan entitled, “Four Trials.” The profits from which became part of the reason that Edwards has the largest home (without wheels.) in North Carolina. This is just one case from one weasel lawyer. It is not hard to recall dozens of other incidents of a similarly incendiary nature regardless of the barrister.
The liberals continually serve up the soft-boiled solipsism of “There is no health care for all” which is a heaping helping of baloney. The idea here of course, is the lachrymose moonshine that health care is only available to the “rich.” This “class separation-ism” of claiming that we only have “health care for some” makes for weepy sentimentality and some tear squeezing commercials, but it flies into the face of the realities of Americas health care. In 2004 alone, forty one billion ($41,000,000,000.00) dollars worth of health care was provided free of charge. “Uninsured” Americans received one hundred twenty five billion ($125,000,000,000.00) dollars worth of health care that same year. If you factor in the ten or so million (10,000,000) Border Burglars and their medical costs, (as non-Americans.) the picture changes drastically and not for the better.
The liberals are essentially “requesting” as only a liberal can, a “mandatory altruism” from the medical profession while taxing everyone else to reward the insurers who in turn so kindly reward the candidates. The attorneys busy themselves at rewarding themselves and all the while the progressives expect first rate medicines, medical care and research. Quality medical care that MUST be provided to everyone in the name of “fairness.” Who can question your motives when all you seek is “fairness for all.”
The liberal “ideas” and “plans” relative to “health care” make as much sense as swallowing a dose of Ipecac with a demand that you not regurgitate.
