The New Schlemiel

November 26, 2008 · 93 Comments

Mr. “There is only one President” Barack Hussein Obama has certainly been a very busy man. The rest of us can only anticipate the thrashing that our life savings will take, as we will again witness ANOTHER “New Deal”, only this time it has been ushered in under the comical ruse of “change”. Speaking of another “ANOTHER”, looking at the lineup that he has already assembled, it would appear that Hillary Clinton won the Presidency. The fledgling Obama administration looks an awful lot like ANOTHER Clinton administration, the one from about ten years ago..

Any Unforeseen Problems

November 21, 2008 · 80 Comments

All of the excited whispers of late seem to be centering on the rumors that Hillary Rodham will become the next Secretary of State. Even though Hillary has barely enough tangible “experience” to be a secretary let alone the Secretary of State, the Obama clan feels that she would “bring instant stature and credibility to U.S. diplomatic relations.” The humor of that “wishful thinking” aside, it seems that all of those pantsuits that Obama paid for at the “suspension” (end) of her campaign won’t be going to waste after all.

Mister Green Jeans

November 19, 2008 · 80 Comments

Yesterday, the first green President ever elected decided to go “green” right out of the box. Barack Hussein Obama addressed the “International Climate Change Summit” held in California. The event is being hosted by “RINO kiss up” Arnold Schwarzenegger. (ALWAYS check your spelling with that last name during these turbulent times..) An article about the Obama address said that his speech took place “through the magic of video.” Anyone familiar with the primary and Presidential election process of 2008 is quite well acquainted with Obama’s gift for “magic” and illusion regardless of whether it was live or on video..

Diversifying The Portfolio

November 17, 2008 · 67 Comments

A recent newscast had the audacity to state that the Republicans need to “reach out to a more diverse segment of the population”.. Since “change fever” is still apparently gripping both the nation and the “impartial” media, I have but one question to ask of those enthusiastically imbibing the elixir of “change for change’s sake”. Just how many conservative principles are you willing to pervert, jettison or “change” in order to diversify the Republican portfolio?

Rewards

November 13, 2008 · 103 Comments

With all of this talk and “action” (“action” in the dystrophic political world of Washington, weakly translates to: political promises and petty posturing..) of late as relates to the daily requests for “bailouts”, my first thought invariably becomes “where is the reward for those of us who have played by the rules”? If there is no reward, can we at least penalize and or punish those who are directly responsible for their own “misfortunes”? Where is the “bailout” for those of us “little people” who have lost (so far; on paper) over one third of our life savings?

A Penny For Your Thoughts

November 12, 2008 · 91 Comments

Occasionally my mind will wander towards what we will be facing in the near future when we will be subjected to the sanctimonious and redistributionist whims of the Obama administration. We can only take guesses at this point as to how painful this assault upon the middle class will be due to the liberal allergy towards “topical discussion” during both the primary and general election campaigns. That being said, our best barometer of the future comes from a careful study of the past..

The Immediate Aftermath

November 9, 2008 · 122 Comments

The aftershocks are still being felt. The reality of what the nation has put in place is still yet to be determined. Based upon the historical patterns of the liberal party, we can take painful but educated guesses as to the extent of the potential carnage that will soon be inflicted upon what was once known as “the middle class”. The wise are those who do not repeat their mistakes. It is time to get wise and to stay wise. It is time to get mad and to stay mad..

The Checks In The Mail

November 6, 2008 · 152 Comments

As all of the hollow speeches fade from memory and as the salty tears of righteousness dry from the cheeks of the ridiculously mesmerized, the realties of the liberal political way of life are becoming quickly apparent to those who are used to being its beneficiaries. It seems that a large group of what they thought were “paid” volunteers for the Obama campaign in the Indianapolis area are finding out that they are eye witnesses to what “change” really means. “Empty promises, “change” your mind”..

From Present To President

November 5, 2008 · 218 Comments

As of this writing, we now have someone running the show who has the vast “experience” of an awe inspiring 143 days in the United States Senate and an exhaustive dossier of 129 votes of “present”. That’s alright though, the Germans like him.. To me it is the equivalent of the twelve-year-old who just got the newspaper stand on the street corner who then stomps into the New York Times offices and demands to be the editor in chief. Just a minute, the New York Times is probably not the best analogy, any twelve year old could do as good as Sulzberger, but I think that you get the point..

A Disconnect

November 4, 2008 · 75 Comments

A number of people have expressed their concerns relative to the Obama candidacy. Most question the Obama voters sanity or lack thereof.. The bigger picture reveals a “disconnect” or a short circuit of some kind.
