Hot Off The Presses

Whispy haired Washington “thirty five year insider/opportunist for faux change” Joe Biden spent a little time in Evansville Indiana “spreading the wealth” of lies to an audience that has made the right Presidential choice for the past forty four years. Biden, who takes alternative turns with Obama, each doing their Pinocchio/Geppetto routines, claims that “We have to unite this country”.. I find that ever so surprising due to the fact that the Democrats for the past fifty years have specialized in “separating” every element within this country, from the races to the classes, all for their political benefit.

At this event, “Biden urged people to vote early”.. After the microphones were hauled away, he added, “Vote as often as possible because you are Democrats after all..” Biden had hoped that Democrats of all stripes would able to write off (that is, the few liberals who actually pay taxes..) visits to the local psychic or to the palm reader in order for the liberals to “correctly interpret the whims of multiple generations of dead relatives” whom the decedents have tasked with the awesome responsibility of “ushering in change at all costs”..

Martin Perry of Evansville supports the Obama/Biden charade due to the “message” (shell game) of “change on the economic front.” “My wife and I went to the grocery store the other day and got one basket of groceries for $200.” Perry is right. The liberals will be all about “change” on the economic front for good old American folks like the Perry’s. For example: The liberals will not only confiscate all of the Perry’s “change” but their “folding money” will become extinct as well.. If the Obama “collectivist campaign” and their can of assorted vote stealing ACORN nuts manages to steal the election, at $200.00 for a cart of groceries, the Perry’s will see the “change” of at least $400.00 more.. (Please keep in mind how completely unoriginal the liberal left has become. Remember that when Clinton was making his first run at the Presidency, he constantly croaked about the “courage to change”.)

In a flashback to the last Democratic heathen to acquire and pollute the Oval Office, the Obama “sham-paign” is already becoming more than a little malleable on this whole “$250,000 tax the rich” class warfare revenue scam. With the help of George Stephanopoulous, Bill Clinton started his “attack the middle class” Mainfesto with “$250,000”, which became $100,000 and George, in speaking for the President, lowered the number into the low five digits before all was said and done. Clinton’s “emergency revenue enhancement policies” of 1992 targeted families making $50,000 a year or more. If I may borrow from President George H.W. Bush, another “Clinton/Carter” liberal Democrat elected to the office of the Presidency will all but guarantee us “a thousand points of blight”..

Let us fast forward to the past few days. Now we have Governor Bill Richardson who has conveniently lowered the ceiling to “those making $120,000 and under” after Joe Biden had told a Scranton Pennsylvania television station that the number was “people making under $150,000 a year.” Already they have gone from $250,000 to $150,000 to $120,000. We all know where this will be ending up. McCain, in remembering the “new math” of Bill Clinton, has been reminding everyone of the Clinton “$250,000 to $42,000” reflexive liberal reality. Remember: those who pay no taxes will be voting to put someone in office who will be taking much more in taxes from you..

It seems that the “trick or treat” Obama campaign took a night off so that the dutiful father could take his daughter out for Halloween. It is the perfect holiday for the liberals. You knock on someone’s door with your trick or treat bag (liberal grown up correlation: with your hand out) and some stranger gives you things for nothing..

Obama didn’t want to go trick or treating in the area around his home because he “didn’t want to cause a disruption to the neighborhood.” Obama has no concern whatsoever if his ridiculous candidacy “causes a disruption” to the entire nation, mind you..

Obama’s ten-year-old daughter Malia, had planned to dress up as an “evil fairy.” Obama, according to the story, was “wearing sunglasses but no costume”. If I may, in their order of appearance: Firstly, why would the Obama family be so cruel as to dress their young daughter up to look like Barney Frank? Secondly, I disagree, Obama has been wearing the “costume” of the “unqualified liberal imposter posing as a Presidential aspirant” for quite some time now..

Zeituni Onyango. No, that’s not just a game stopper in Scrabble, it’s not the name of the latest perpetrator of “ethnic cleansing” or “genocide” in another far off African irrelevant cesspool. It is the name of Barack Hussein Obama’s illegal alien aunt who takes from the government in the Boston area.

Seems that Onyango (sounds to me more like the new name for “Funyuns” than someone’s aunt..) has out of the kindness of her heart, donated a mere $265.00 to the campaign of her nephew. Law actually states that “foreigners” cannot contribute or donate money to United States presidential campaigns, but I’m not sure how specific the law is relative to ILLEGAL ALIENS who are related to Presidential aspirants. Personally, I am not concerned about Obama’s aunt Zeituni’s donation of $265.00. I am more concerned about the fact that she will probably be casting at least 265 votes for her nephew under the guidance/approval of the ACORN/Obama campaign.

Just as a small history primer, which turned out to be a harbinger of our today and tomorrows: Dateline, September 30, 1999. The New York Times headline reads, “Fannie Mae Eases Credit To Aid Mortgage Lending”. Sounds innocent enough.. Here are the important quotes: “ increase home ownership among minorities and low-income consumers, the Fannie Mae Corporation is easing credit requirements”.. “under increasing pressure from the Clinton administration, to expand mortgage loans among low and moderate income people”.. “reducing down payment requirements”.. Peter Wallison of the American Enterprise Institute is quoted, “If they fail, the government will have to step up and bail them out”.

This “issue” has been enhanced and encouraged by the Democratic Party. Democrats Bill Clinton and Barney Frank have been the “leaders” who have given us this financial fiasco. Another Democrat is asking for an opportunity to enhance upon the works of these two fine liberal politicians, he will surround himself with like-minded liberally destructive Democrats (one of whom has her jaundiced eye upon the nations health care system..) and he will have at least one opportunity to place a fellow traveler upon the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Do your part. “Just Say No.”

  1. Welcome back, Larry. We managed, just barely, to survive your exodus. Hope you had a relaxing, rejuvinating sojourn.

A very thoughtful article and mention of his aunt reminded me about relatives which resuted in the following.

Got to thinking about something while I was trying to wake up, go to sleep – one or the other –
last night/this morning about the decision by the overwhelming percentages of black Americans who are supposedly going to vote for Obama because he is one of “them”. What is so disturbing about this is the knowledge that they supposedly disenfranchise the “white” candidate because the white folks kept their ancestors as slaves. If this is the only criteria for a vote then they should not vote for The One either because his ancestors were slave owners in Kenya.

  2. Papasnake,

So many of these great “leaders” who are plastered all over the walls of the public scholls come Kwanzaa time were the ones encouraging the pillaging of neighboring countries in order to facilitate the process of human trading.

Had these “leaders” fought off or even justifiably killed those who asked for humans to keep and sell into bondage as opposed to welcoming them with open arms and pocketing the profit, the crimes would have never been committed. (Besides, the vast majority of the slaves taken from Africa went to Brasil.)

It appears that the so called self appointed black “leaders” haven’t really changed that much have they? They still encourage the enslavement of their own people for a personal profit..

    Thanks as always,

  3. Welcome back, Larry. We missed you on the right side of things. You know, I was thinking the other day (which can be dangerous in and of itself), about the difference between the left and the right. Breaking them down into their denotative and connotative meanings, we have some interesting insight into the truth of the two political spectrums. Right: correct, true, sane, genuine, desirable, morally proper, exactly and precisely, and, in math, when moving to the right, the number is always positive. Every meaning and connotation for Republicans is positive. Then we have the left: the unwanted thing (as in “you can have whatever is left”), crazy (as in “out in left field”), negative (when moving left on a linear function, the number becomes negative), and finally, abandoned (as in “left the job” or “left their kid at the mall”). Hmm…sensing a pattern? Isn’t amazing how that worked like that?

On a side note about Halloween–a kid knocked on our door wearing an Obama costume (his mom didn’t care for our McCain/Palin sign or the fact that my husband was wearing his NObama shirt) and asked for candy. My husband, being the nice Republican man I love, said, “It looks like you have a lot of candy in that bag, Barack. More than I have here in my bowl. Why don’t you give me some so I can spread the wealth with some of the other kids who come by who may not have as much as you do?” The kid didn’t get it, but his mother did, and she yanked that kid away from our door faster than she’ll be running to pick up her welfare check if the Obamination buys the presidency. My hubby yelled after her, “What’s the matter? Don’t like it when the shoe’s on your foot?” I hope she at least thought about it. [He did give the kid some candy; it’s not his fault his mother is lacking significant brain power to function as a human rather than an automaton].

I think it’s hilarious that Obama deigns to presume the American people are complete idiots. Sure he didn’t know about his aunt’s illegal status. I buy that line of garbage almost as much as his Wright/Ayers/Rezko denials. How can he have any friends left? He publicly denounces his relationships with most of the people who put him where he is today because he doesn’t want people knowing the source of his funding or his ties to terrorism. Pathetic. Why can’t he grow some jewels and be a real man? Is everything above his pay grade? Even the truth?

I did realize one thing about Obama today, though. He is true to his word about change. What he means is that he reserves the right to change his mind at the drop of a hat. I can’t believe how quickly the taxable income went from $250,000 to $120,000. When will people open their eyes and realize this man’s true intentions? He and Biden aren’t even on the same page, for Pete’s sake. They contradict each other and have to back track, hoping people won’t notice their double talk.

On a second side note, what are your thoughts on Hussein’s gun control issues?

    Keep ’em coming, Larry.

  4. Welcome back, Larry, missed your rapier, cutting, gloriously right of center wit.

I still find myself, albeit hoping against hope for McCain/Palin Tuesday, utterly affrighted the nigh on 40% who live off the other 60% of us; that is, those among said 40% who even hold jobs whilst paying zero income tax, coupled with the radical elitists will carry the day.

God help us, I pray not.

  5. Heather,

    Great Halloween story.

Lets “hope” that your abliity to express yourself in such a manner will be still available to you on Wednesday.

    Tell the world.

To throw out an analogy, If you think that you lost a lot when the subprime mortgage mess hit, (You haven’t lost yet unless you sold..) just imagine how much more you will lose if Obama/ACORN pulls of their heist..

    Tell the world.

    Thanks as always,

  6. Fed Up,

    It’s up to US.

I have gotten countless automated and “live” phone calls from Obama sources.

WE have to “call” everyone that we know.

Especially anyone who is a little wobbly..”The truth shall set you free”.

Hope that you are feeling better, we will keep you in our prayers.

Family, keep Eileen in your prayers as well.

She suffered a stroke in Pensecola and is on her way as well to a recovery.

These may be important times but these are important family members.

Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

  7. Heather,

What your husband did on Halloween was brilliant!!! Maybe she will think twice before pulling the lever for Hussein. That reminds me of a comic I saw on Moonbattery (I think). I wonder if a lot more republicans did the same thing on Halloween??? I hope so. It strikes the message home.

  8. Glad to hear Eileen is well on the road to recovery – if it runs parallel to my own recovery, there will be frustrating plateaus from time to time, but you get through them by the grace of God and with the help and encouragement of family and friends.

The alternative Tuesday is unthinkable to me, so I refuse to believe the McCain/Palin ticket won’t win, it will, it has to. I simply cannot, and will not, contemplate the alternative.

That’s that … ’til whatever Wednesday morning brings, I shall trust it will bring reprieve for America in the form of a McCain/Palin victory.

  9. Hilarious “spread the wealth” and how it works in real time – this wasn’t us, I don’t know who the real diner was, FYI, but the point of taking what another earned and giving it away to one who earned nothing is beautifully exemplified here:

In a local restaurant my server had on a “Obama 08” tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference – just imagine the coincidence. When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need – the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight. I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I’ve decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful. At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more. I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

  10. Amy,

While on the cruise, I saw probably ten people sporting Obama shirts and buttons. Mind you, they wore these same shirts almost every single day, but I digress..

Nothing spectacular about that, they were the “usual suspects” who would have surprised me had they NOT worn their “colors” on their sleeve and the requisite chip on their shoulders as well..

As I harken back to a family member that was worried about four or five yard signs and no McCain signs on his block, I saw no McCain shirts or buttons. I wasn’t worried by this.

What gave me strength were the comments of other cruisers as the “Obama parade” made its way around the Lido deck every day.

“If that guy wins, we will never be able to afford to cruise again.” I overheard.

“Who would vote for that guy? I’d like to keep some of my money”..

Those who weren’t saying it with their voices were expressing it with their eyes.

The bottom line is that when the curtain draws, unlike Obama we won’t be voting “present.” The silent majority will be thinking”..I just can’t do it.”

Keep the faith and tell the world.

  11. Fed Up,

THAT is how the “Obama because its cool”, “Obama because I don’t know any better” simpletons need to be converted.

If they understood what they will be experiencing, they would possibly consider the “outside the box” thinking that will hopefully prevail.

    Tell the world.

Hope all is going well with your recovery.

  12. Larry, I’m blessed and just over 2 years removed from my relatively rare pair of Thalamic clots I’ve come a long way (thanks be to God, since the Thalamus is the sensory processor, so to speak, I didn’t get an awful, life-long sensory pain syndrome sometimes seen in post-Thalamic stroke patients up to 18 months or so afterwards … and if you get it, it never goes away, it would be a stroke-induced, permanent Thalamic malfunction – I get heat/cold sensitivity sometimes, yes, and a few other picadillos, but NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING approaching near as bad as the aftermath could have been – so I mean “blessed” most sincerely).

Eileen will undoubtedly have some rough spots, but she’s well on the way I gather, so she’ll improve all along the way, sometimes just not as rapidly as she’d like, but that’s okay, it really does improve over time. You look back from time to time and marvel at how far you’ve come, especially when it seemed at times you weren’t making progress at all.

As to Obama, I simply refuse to believe a majority of Americans can and will go out Tuesday and vote for the outrageous socialist ticket. My hubby, who works with the public, gets the same kind of “no how, no way” comments and eye rolls you evidenced on the ship as well.

Am I being “selfish”, Sen Obama? D*mn right I am, methinks WE ought to decide how or IF we dispense charitable donations out of OUR income. No you or your cronies in Washington.

The idea that government can do ANYTHING, absolutely ANYTHING better than the competitive private sector is outrageous.

Government does a splendid job, however, of voting itself job security (bigger government), pay raises (we get away with it every time we vote ourselves more dough, so screw you, Joe and Jane Public, since you’re ignorant enough to keep sending the Murthas,, right back to Washington in time for the next Congressional salary increase vote) and retirement income for life (we ain’t depending on no Social Security or IRAs/401Ks for our golden years, suckers) though, doesn’t it?

No, I cannot believe the unthinkable is possible this Tuesday. That’s why Obama/Biden remains unthinkable for me. So be it, I pray.

  13. LARRY
Alot of good comments coming out from your election week post.

People should realize that the US GOVERNMENT has no money
to begin with .They only get funded from tax dollars. The list of taxes imposed on the public is enormous.
The members of the HOUSE AND SENATE GET PAID BY US ,OUR TAX MONEY. They are our employees

In MASSACHUSETTS this election day we have a question on our ballot to eliminate our income tax system.
All the goverment workers are opposed including the teachers
who do not pay state income taxes on the pensions 80 % THEY RECEIVE
I want that same benefit VOTE YES ON QUESTION 1

Maybe OBAMA’S aunt will be taken off of BOSTON housing and deported

  14. Fed Up,

    God bless you.

No one at NLTZ is giving up.

Let ’em try to steal it.

    Tell the world.

  15. JR,

The government, when run by the left especially, INHIBITS those who create jobs, it does not encourage them.

Tell the world or as you so aptly put it, “Use your brain and vote McCain.”

  16. Larry,

I hope and pray that come Tuesday, most of America will have the same reaction to Oshama as most of the people on your cruise: they will roll their eyes at the thought of Oshama and do the right thing by voting for McCain/Palin. BYW, I did not watch Oshama’s infomercial. The clips on FOX News were enough for me. I couldn’t force myself to watch egomaniacal self-aggrandisement. Oshama makes me want to puke. I highly doubt that he will ever be a viable candidate outside of Chicago once McCain wins this election. I can’t wait to see this punk crash and burn and the true patriot ascend to the Presidency.

MavCuda ’08 — I proudly used my brain to vote for John McCain.

  17. Red,

  22. “a thousand points of blight”

Larry… that is one of your classics! So glad you’re back and I hope your cruise was wonderful.

    My new buddy on youtube…

Amy… great job on the movie but I believe Stich put the PPP together, not me. I’ll be passing it to my many “supporters” 😉

As for the obama’s aunt… ain’t this great. A presidential candidate with an illegal alien in the family. Imagine the skeletons in his closet which will emerge after the election should it be stolen from its RIGHTFUL owner.

JR… lookin forward to that beer Wednesday!

    Happy Sunday all!

  23. kid, welcome back….where’s my coffee mug?

I’ve got 114 relatives (that I know of) back in Ireland, Scotland, England, ready to cast their ballots on Tuesday.

I’m gonna have a busy day driving (them) around to all those polling stations….

  24. Jim a SoCal Conservative

Welcome back Larry. Another sensible article.
I, too, read the Boston Globe article on the 5 Reasons NOT to vote for Obama. Hit it on the head.
But, again, where are the reasoning public on this? The latest “gaffes” with the Obama camp dealing with Biden & Richardson and now his “long lost illegal Aunt” ….how many MORE of these issues need to become relevent for voters to come to their senses?
I keep harping on it…but I’m SCARED for America and our children. What’s to become of them and the USofA? The Ayers book on the Prairie Fire and dedicating it to Sirhan is impossible to accept!!! Yet we do. WHY???

I’m back to that ‘trance like appeal’…never raising his voice (to say anything!)…not your typical pol…all BS.
I’m stringing my rosary beads on Tuesday and praying for a miracle. ACORN is corrupt…and our godless society will turn the other way. What is America in for? The future portends some very difficult times both on the job market, stock market and the economy and wages. McCain did not cause this…no siree, its the Dem’s in office….but WHO sees this? Only FOX TV it seems.
This has been a loooong campaign…and yet, who is this guy?! THANK YOU …MSM.
    God Bless America.

    I’ll call you Wednesday morning

Y ou do the hopps and I’ll bring the chops for lunch

  26. Redbone,

Good to hear from you again.

    Hows the bum wheel?

Obama’s aunt, Clintons brother, Carters brother.

    It goes with the Party..

    Thanks as always,

  27. Two Postings, please read:

This is very interesting and important! Perhaps this is why so many physicians and business men and women are conservatives or republicans.

This is an old e-mail that I took and brought in some aspects of Barry. If he were confronted with it, he would smile it off, shake his head slowly but ignore that, ignore it and read this. Then, send it to every independent, relative, democrat and friend and ask them to do the same. But I’ve been told it’s real by a friend:

The Democrat Party has become the Lawyers’ Party. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are lawyers. Bill Clinton and Michelle Obama are lawyers. John Edwards, the other former Democrat candidate for president, is a lawyer, and so is his wife, Elizabeth. Every Democrat nominee since 1984 went to law school (although Gore did not graduate). Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school. Look at the Democrat Party in Congress: the Majority Leader in each house is a lawyer. The Republican Party is very different as it’s congressional make up includes a majority of working people. The leaders of the Republican Revolution were not lawyers. I want to be honest in this too, I admit that this party has not always kept it’s moral or ethitical bearings in line. I guess we are all sinners to some degree but I also believe this working party has at it’s heart the values of family and country as it’s core foundation and from this line, I believe, we can best build a better tomorrow.

Newt Gingrich was a history professor; Tom Delay was in the home maintenance business; and, Dick Armey was an economist. House Minority Leader Boehner was a plastic manufacturer, not a lawyer. The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon. Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the Republican nomination as a sitting president, running against Ronald Reagan in 1976. The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work. The Democrat Party is made up of lawyers. Democrats mock and scorn men who create wealth, or who heal the sick, or who immerse themselves in history.

There’s a huge disconnect between the Washington DC liberal democrat and the working person these days. The Washington DC democrat has a multi-million dollar portfolio and tells everyone he’s for the working person. How can you be for the working person when you embrace the 20 million illegals (probably just to gain their votes) who will take over the working person’s jobs! How can you be for the working person when you line your pockets from the profits of FreddieMac and give out loans you know will eventually not work! How can you be for the working man when you know the working man has never gotten a job from a poor person and you drive down business with more taxes! How can you be for the working man when you take his money and his employer’s money and redistribute it to those who won’t work. How can you be for the working man when you promise to take away the secret ballot of Unions which would also cause spiraling increases in retail prices. How can you lower taxes and create yet another huge Federal Health Program. How can you be for the working man and raise taxes on businesses that takes the step forward that if successful creates lasting community.

All these and more are very taxing issues, in fact, many of them are never included in the comparison of taxes but are expenses that come directly from the working man’s income. His taxes might be a bit lower but only, I repeat, “only” in the short term; Barack Obama wants a trillion more added to the present budget in spending. His tax proposals only beat Senator McCain’s in the short term. Senator McCain wants to freeze spending immediately has clearly stated that spending in Washington is completely out of control — if you can capture an opportunity to hear him. If you haven’t noticed, Journalism has died in America on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and CNN. Add to this that our voting system has been completely gutted by the Obama related ACORN and this is all before Obama is elected. He did funnel money to ACORN and he did trainning for ACORN and he performed legal work for ACORN, all this has made ACORN an alliance of his. He has other alliances too, alliances that haven’t been so open for our review:

(might have to cut and paste?)

Barack Obama is the most liberal Senator in Washington, schooled deeply in the politics of Chicago where even the dead have voted year after year. We were told about this Chicago Lawyer turned U.S. Senator in January of 2007.:

Read the first and third paragraph:

Look how Joe the Plumber has been attacked. It’s been broadcast that his name isn’t even Joe! Well, it ‘is’ his middle name and the name he goes by. It’s been said he doesn’t have a plumbing lic. The outfit he works for does. But let’s get to the real problem here, the real problem is that lawyer Obama wants to take what you earn and just give it to those who have not earned it. Our government is not our church but there’s nothing holy about the motives behind Barack Obama other than he will certainly keep his millions. For instance, Senator Biden over the last ten years has only donated 3800.00 dollars to charity.

Taking money away from people who work for it and giving it to people who Barack Obama believes deserve it,” Holtz-Eakin said. “Europeans call it socialism, Americans call it welfare, and Barack Obama calls it CHANGE.” And where did this CHANGE start, here’s part of the answer:

The Lawyers’ Party sees these sorts of people, who provide goods and services that people want, as the enemies of America. And, so we have seen the procession of official enemies, in the eyes of the Lawyers’ Party, grow. Against whom does Hillary and Obama rail? Pharmaceutical companies, oil companies, hospitals, manufacturers, fast food restaurant chains, large retail businesses, bankers, and anyone producing anything of value in our nation have been deemed the enemy? But hurt the most will be the thousands of small businesses of this country, this is where the creativity of this nation is born and they will see more hard times with these new taxes. Also, it’s not easy at all to start a business, then saddle them with the constraint of higher taxes makes it all that more difficult. If you don’t know, then go out and talk with a few small business owners – find out for yourself rather than letting an inexperienced community organizer tell you what he has never experienced his self. This is the difference between a liberal and a conservative, think about it.

This is the natural consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers. Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, in this case is it the American people or is it more lawyers. We often hear from the far left the need to tax the windfall profits of Big Oil, one of their most favorite lines. As much as people love to demonize the big bad oil companies for their “outrageous” profits, if you look at their profit margins they average about 8-10%, meaning for every dollar the company spends they get back 8-10 cents on that dollar. Government does nothing and gets over 15% of it!!

Table 5. Average Profit Rates In the Oil Industry, 2003-2008 (percent)
    2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 1st half of ’08
    6.4 7.0 8.0 8.7 7.9 7.4 Major Integrated Companies (manufacturing)
    6.3 7.2 8.6 9.5 8.4 7.0 All Oil Industry
The data in Table 5 could be taken to suggest that the major oil companies did not earn more net income respective to the value of their product, than many other industries, and the value of their product was determined on a world market, beyond their control. From this point of view oil was attaining its fair market value. This most recent quarter we will have seen the record profits from Big Oil, however, it will take most of that profit to continue searching and exploring for new oil.

Perhaps we should look at the profits of Government tax on gas and oil too, when gas prices become higher than normal, when we have time.

Lawyers who are dearly protected by the Democrat Party seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always, always parse language to favor their side but do they really serve the working classes. Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful way to govern a great nation whose steps already have a lawyer at every single turn. When politicians as lawyers begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-consuming. Some Americans become ‘adverse parties’ of our very government if not ourselves too. We are not all litigants in some vast social class-action suit. We are citizens of a republic that promises us a great deal of freedom from laws, from courts, and from lawyers. No wonder there is a feeling of polarization in the country today. Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives. America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked. It is not our intent or never was, for lawyers to mull over, under and through our great constitution but rather, to abide by it and serve it with liberty and justice for all. It has been our intent to have a free society not a socialistic disincentive nation of free-loading but yet, Barack Obama wants to play god.

[Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always, always parse language to favor their side but do they really serve the working classes.]

Here Barack Obama plainly states that redistribution through the courts was not as affective as if it were to be approached legislatively:

While “Marxism” might have been over the top, clearly Obama plans to redistribute your hard worked-for income to those who haven’t earned it. It’s one thing to offer help for those who would go to school, to learn a trade but it’s very much another pure socialistic ‘rip-off’ just to take your money and issue it to the 30 or 40% who don’t pay taxes! This is an outrage, especially when you consider that Tokyo-Pelosi will be head of the House and Senator Reid will be Head of the Senate — this gives the socialist idea’s of Obama a clear shot to completing the legislative bribery of America, and maybe forever! Because it is also the buying of votes, many votes plus those 15 to 20 million illegal’s and their votes in the next election.

However, this quote might be worth noting: Lenin said this about socialism: “The goal of socialism is communism.” Understand, this is definitely a stretch but ask yourself: Why even start in that direction!!? Lawyers would love to be in charge of all aspects of our lives but working men and women more aptly want to control their own working destiny.

Every American should be outraged when Barack Obama talks about the economy of George Bush as having caused the greatest recession of all time when we have survived well two wars and the greatest blame of this economy was started by and during the Presidency of Clinton and brought upon by the clear protective democrats who surround FreddieMac. It was Clinton who believed that everyone should have a house and the further attack on red-line procedures which were nothing more than good business practices; to call that red-lining is nothing more than a spin that brought us to disaster in our housing crises.
(red-lining was a practice by banks to circle red, area’s of a city where loaning money wasn’t probably to their best interest. Naturally, liberals called this discrimination but now we can call a dam good idea, thank you 7 billion that today’s college kids will end up paying!)

The mainstream media was very cross over a McCain for President ad linking Barack Obama to discredited former Fannie Mae honcho Franklin Raines, who is the most recent addition to the growing ranks of controversial figures who Obama claims he hardly knows. For example, the Washington Post scolds that “Linking Obama to Ex-Fannie Mae Chief Is a Stretch.” That’s a strange claim for the WasPo too make, as WSJ’s James Taranto elucidates in his Best of the Web column:
Last week John McCain’s campaign put out an ad criticizing Barack Obama for his ties to Franklin Raines, former CEO of Fannie Mae. The ad said that Obama relies on Raines “for ‘advice on mortgage and housing policy.’ ” The Washington Post claims that the McCain ad is “a stretch”:

So what evidence does the McCain campaign have for the supposed Obama-Raines connection? It is pretty flimsy, but it is not made up completely out of a piece of cloth. McCain spokesman Brian Rogers points to three items in the Washington Post in July and August. It turns out that the three items (including an editorial) all rely on the same single conversation, between Raines and a Washington Post business reporter, Anita Huslin, who wrote a profile of the discredited Fannie Mae boss that appeared July 16. The profile reported that Raines, who retired from Fannie Mae four years ago, had “taken calls from Barack Obama’s presidential campaign seeking his advice on mortgage and housing policy matters.”

So the Washington Post is saying you can’t believe McCain’s ad because it is based on reporting in . . . the Washington Post. The Washington Post is not a reliable source of information, according to the Washington Post.
But if the Washington Post is not a reliable source of information, how can we believe the Washington Post when it says it’s not a reliable source of information? But if we don’t believe the Washington Post when it says it’s not a reliable source of information, then we must believe the Washington Post is a reliable source of information, in which case how can we believe the Washington Post is not a reliable source of information. But if . . .

You get the picture. Clearly this is part of a sinister plot by the Obama-coddling mainstream media to induce madness in all Americans who have the capacity for logical thought. Here is a link with a very short article towards connecting the dots but equally important are the comments that follow this article, take a look:

Surprisingly, it’s not a matter of more government but a matter of more legalize that leads to more government. Every new expansion of Government comes with a hundred new lawyers to play and dolly with the English language under the pain of mortal death do us part. Even if you wanted this death of divorce it would require a lawyer. Constantly prying into your space with some lame excuse to extract just one more dollar.

When the most important decision for our next president is whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America is too big. We should demand appointee’s who decide cases based on the constitution not make laws aside from the constitution. When lawyers use criminal prosecution as a continuation of politics by other means, as happened in the ‘lynching’ of Scooter Libby and Tom Delay, then the power of lawyers in America is too great. When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing. We cannot expect the Lawyers’ Party to provide real change, real reform, or real hope in America. Most Americans know that a republic in which every major government action must be blessed by nine unelected judges is not what Washington intended in 1789. Most Americans grasp that we cannot fight a war when ACLU lawsuits snap at the heels of our defenders. Most Americans intuitively know that more lawyers and judges will not restore declining moral values or spark the spirit of enterprise in our economy.

Perhaps Americans will understand that CHANGE cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business. Perhaps Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work. Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse. Did you ever think being a lawyer in the service of our constitution might just be a conflict of interest, I have.

When lawyers make laws, guess who they serve? Themselves!! Or more importantly, their ideological HOPE for all of us, the huge disconnect between Washington democrats and the middle class. Their thirst for power and the varied avenues in which they will seek their righteousness can be best judged from a study of their past, but as Thomas Sowell has so well said; “Why much of the public and the media have been so mesmerized by the words and the image of Obama, and so little interested in learning about the factual reality, was perhaps best explained by an official of the Democratic Party: “People don’t come to Obama for what he’s done, they come because of what they hope he can be.”

However, our vision and his vision most likely doesn’t match because his past has never been fully understood or known until the last few months of our knowing him. It’s been rightly observed that it’s very doubtful that Barack Obama could get a security clearance given his background that we know about today.

David Freddoso’s book should be read by those people who want to know what the facts are. But neither this book nor anything else is likely to change the minds of Obama’s true believers, who have made up their minds and don’t want to be confused by the facts.” Why have we had to dig and pull so much underbrush from such a nice looking likable candidate as Barack Obama?

In the beginning of his campaign hardly any of the above was known about this man. Understand there was a lot of skepticism because of his name. It implied that there was more that we didn’t know and there was. However, we had to move forward practically in the dark and in doing so an awful lot of missed assumptions were made but little by little, we had to determine the truth that wasn’t offered. For instance there’s a raging battle in the blogs going on about a number of small items he’s never released. Yes we made errors about who he was but his books that he wrote conviently didn’t tell us about a number of his alliances with money and much of what he’s actually done as a community organizer and as a lawyer. He comes to us rather quickly without a lot of background that most Presidents have brought to the plate. All this is extremely difficult to seperate out, but when we ask ‘what has he done’ as a lawyer, organizer and around and in the Chicago area, there’s just not a lot there — so, what didn’t he tell us, understand?

    [or cut and paste]

The bottom line one has to ask themselves is this: Do you want the government to take care of your needs or would you rather have more of your earned money to decide what and how you should live your life. It’s a simple question. However, this is a real concern that if Barack Obama is elected he will create a youth organization, grow the ACORN organization, wrongly embrace the illegal’s in this country and in redistributing your money to those who don’t pay taxes is nothing short of using your money to buy votes again the next time, no matter what kind of job he’s doing and all of this for the purpose of votes; while making them all, to some degree, dependent on Government or taxed into the ownership by government leaving no way out of the box. I know this will sound stupid but you might read a bit about how it was that Hitler came to power. He didn’t do it in one giant step but he climbed the steps until there was no return. Get yourself a copy of the constitution and from time to time, take a look at it. You can get it here and find out what Ronald Regan had to say at the same place where you can order it free:

Lastly, consider what was said here about the Lawyers Party vs. the Conservative Party of which we really haven’t had a good conservative since Reagan as President Bush got a little busy when he became President the first four years. Should Iraq be a question you haven’t been able to get around, which is understandable; I know this is a very long read but resolve it one way or the other in order to honestly address the meaning and purpose of being a great American and a true conservative by reading the following:

    ‘The Perfect Stranger’
    Charles Krauthammer

WASHINGTON –Barack Obama is an immensely
talented man whose talents have been largely devoted to crafting, and
    chronicling, his own life.

Not things. Not ideas. Not institutions–But
    himself in his writings.

Nothing wrong or even terribly odd about that,
except that he is laying claim to the job of crafting the coming history of the
    United States .

A leap of such audacity is odd.

The air of unease at the Democratic convention
was not just a result of the Clinton psychodrama. The deeper anxiety was that
the party was nominating a man of many gifts but precious few accomplishments —
    bearing even fewer witnesses.

When John Kerry was introduced at his convention
four years ago, an honor guard of a dozen mates from his Vietnam days surrounded
him on the podium attesting to his character and readiness to lead. Such
    personal testimonials are the norm.

The roster of fellow soldiers or fellow senators
who could from personal experience vouch for John McCain is rather long. At a
less partisan date in the calendar, that roster might even include Democrats
Russ Feingold and Edward Kennedy, with whom John McCain has worked to fashion
    important legislation.

Eerily missing at the Democratic convention this
year were people of stature who were seriously involved at some point in Obama’s
life standing up to say: “I know Barack Obama. I’ve been with Barack Obama.
We’ve toiled/endured together. You can trust him. I do.”

Hillary Clinton could have said something like
that. She and Obama had, after all, engaged in a historic, utterly compelling
contest for the nomination. During her convention speech, you kept waiting for
her to offer just one line of testimony: I have come to know this man, to admire
this man, to see his character, his courage, his wisdom, his judgment. Whatever.
    Anything. Instead, nothing.

She of course endorsed him. But the endorsement
was entirely programmatic: We’re all Democrats. He’s a Democrat. He believes
what you believe. So we must elect him — I am currently unavailable — to get
Democratic things done. God bless America . Clinton’s withholding the ‘I’ve
come to know this man’ was vindictive and supremely self-serving — but jarring,
too, because you realize that if she didn’t do it, no one else would. Not
because of any inherent deficiency in Obama’s character. But simply as a
reflection of a young life with a biography remarkably thin by the standard of
    presidential candidates.

Who was there to speak about the real Barack
Obama? His wife. She could tell you about Barack the father, the husband, the
family man in a winning and perfectly sincere way. But that only takes you so
far. It doesn’t take you to the public man, the national leader.

Who is to testify to that? Hillary’s husband on
night three did aver that Obama is ‘ready to lead.’ However, he offered not a
shred of evidence, let alone personal experience with Obama. And although he
pulled it off charmingly, everyone knew that , having been suggesting precisely
the opposite for months, he meant not a word of it.

Obama’s vice presidential selection, Joe Biden,
naturally advertised his patron’s virtues, such as the fact that he had ‘reached
across party lines to … keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of terrorists.’
But securing loose nukes is as bipartisan as motherhood and as
uncontroversial as apple pie. The measure was
so minimal that it passed by voice vote and received near zero media coverage.

Thought experiment. Assume John McCain had
retired from politics. Would he have testified to Obama’s political courage in
reaching across the aisle to work with him on ethics reform, a collaboration
Obama boasted about in the Saddleback debate? ‘In fact,’ reports the Annenberg
Political Fact Check, ‘the two worked together for barely a week, after which
McCain accused Obama of ‘partisan posturing”- – and launched a volcanic missive
    charging him with double cross.

So where are the colleagues? The buddies? The
political or spiritual soul mates? His most important spiritual adviser and
mentor was Jeremiah Wright. But he’s out. Then there’s William Ayers, with whom
he served on a board. He’s out. Where are the others?

The oddity of this convention is that its
central figure is the ultimate self-made man, a dazzling mysterious Gatsby. The
palpable apprehension is that the anointed is a stranger — a deeply engaging,
elegant, brilliant stranger with whom the Democrats had a torrid affair.

Having slowly woken up, they see the ring and
    wonder who exactly they married.

  28. stitich,

Didn’t want to get you in trouble with the Mrs. so I didn’t get you a coffee cup..

Don’t worry about driving around, just go to your polloing place and say that you wish to exercise the “Obama/ACORN” option and you can vote as often as you like.

    Problem solved my friend,

  29. SoCal Jim,

This all comes down to whom you “pal around” with.

Sirhan extinguish the life of one of the Democratic heroes Bobby Kennedy in California.

Ayers dedicates his book to Sirhan. Democrat Obama embraces Ayers.

Ted Kennedy endorses Obama. Obama pals around” with Ayers, Wright, Rezko, Rashid Khalidi and countless others that “impartial” media outlets like the L.A. Times won’t talk about (censorship) now..

That’s not a bad resume for someone with 143 days in the Senate.

Could this be any more plain for everyone?

    Tell the world.

    Thanks as always,

  31. I’ve been reading a lot lately about paid Obama thugs getting on liberal websites with the purpose of discouraging conservatives, “psyching” them out to think McCain doesn’t have a chance. I have thought this myself. Their goal to railroad Hillary succeeded and we cannot allow any effort of this nature to influence the election. So much of it is either dishonest or certainly unethical.

We have to all VOTE for sure. 100% may do it. Pray for a miracle.

The TeamSarah website has grown in just a few days from 900 when I joined to now about 40,000. Might check it out and join a group. However, this is the very best written and informative blog I’ve read.

  32. What a refreshing site to come to!…….It is so pleasing to hear sanity & honesty for a change. Tks everyone for making my day!

Blessings….McCain/Palin’08..nobama or anyone like him EVER!

  33. beyond disgusted

Welcome back Larry, we missed you! Another great article, as usual. I found what you said regarding your fellow cruise travelers very interesting. In past elections, I always sported Republican bumper stickers, but not this year. Being the driver of a large, evil SUV, I don’t want my vehicle “keyed”, or worse, by insane BHO supporters. Too many of these people are out & out lunitics! It’s sad, really.

  34. I can see it now, Obama will raise taxes on all and then turn around and blame Bush telling Americans the damage was too high from Bush’s policies that we needed to raise all your taxes. It’s the liberal idea of pointing fingers and not taking the blame. Look, they did it with Bush Sr. when he said no new taxes and then our democratically controlled Congress told him that taxes were needed. Our taxes were raised and the democrats told Americans that Bush lied, he raised your taxes not us. It’s their typical bull and you would think by now Americans would be onto their political rhetoric.

I’m smarter than that; I hope everyone else is too. They have pointed their fingers at Republicans for decades and blamed them for the decisions that the Dems made and many Americans have brought it hook, line and sinker. You need to do your own investigation and look at the facts from the past in order to save our future.

George Bush Sr. is just the tip of the iceberg. Our current democratically controlled Congress has held numerous votes outside the C-SPAN cameras in order to avoid the camera and voter scrutiny on bills that most Americans would not approve. There is no official record on how they voted, theirs no one to blame or kick out of Congress thanks to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. Is this really what Americans want?

If Obama gets in you can bet there will be more behind the scenes shenanigans like this. No cameras, no negative press on bills and voting records because our liberal press just won’t report on it. They will have free reign and there will be no counterpoint of view that will ever see the light of day. Is that what America wants? Your voting decision depends on the course our Country takes and will decide our future and its survival.

Okay, I’m gonna come right out and say it and if I’m called a racist then so be it. Why is it racist if white people vote for John McCain but not racist if blacks vote for Obama? I honesty don’t get it at all. This ideal makes no sense unless its to try and guilt whites into voting for Obama. Thank God I have a healthy sense of self to look past their bullshit. I’m a secure young woman who didn’t attend a liberal college and receive a great education, and learned about our American History and grew to love learning about our past and not the liberal water down version of what really happened in their eyes. I’m able to look past their bullshit rhetoric and discover the real truth.

I’m hoping on Election Day that the American public will see past all the liberal bull, infomercials and all and think about the consequences of what a vote for Obama will do to our Country with his over the top liberal policies that will be impose on every person, not just those minorities who are always the first in line to receive freebies they don’t deserve or earn. From free cheese to butter, they have always believed they deserve it for all the centuries of having to sit in the back of the bus.

The black dilemma. Problem with that logic is what about all the families who arrived by boat from Ireland, Italy, Poland and other countries whose families struggled and never demand freebies, who work hard and struggled to make ends meet and rarely complained about their plight in life. They were just happy to live in a free Country. They worked hard, earned every penny and gain self respect for doing so. They weren’t boycotting the government because they felt they deserved to move in front of the line and demand everything be given to them by other taxpayers. Those who believe they are entitled to everything whether or not they earned or deserved it.

What about our Natives Americans, they have every right to complain for the centuries of mistreatment of their land and lives? We don’t hear from them nor are they making any demands of what they should be receiving compensation from our government for wrongful acts made by previous elected officials. They certainly deserve it and clearly earned it. But as soon as blacks heard that the Japanese relative got compensation for being placed in Internment camps and their families received compensation when by Ronald Reagan in 1988 gave them monetary compensation. But, of course now blacks are demanding compensation for slavery. Japanese could prove they were rounded up, there were logs available. Can blacks prove their families were slaves? Is there an official list who were slaves? I doubt that there is. So according to them, then all black should then be compensated, whether or not their relatives were slaves. Certainly, Obama’s family doesn’t qualify. But, the likelihood that he will pass laws that benefit this minority group based on the comments that he made in 2001 that were recently released, he believes they should be compensated. When will this all stop? They want it all and believe they shouldn’t have to work hard to get it; they want it handed to them on a silver platter. Can anyone explain how that is not about buying votes? He is giving them what they demand and it doesn’t matter whether they earned it. How much will that cost the taxpayers?

I had to sit at a local government counter for five years and had to listen to their demands of what they believed they thought they deserved. That showed me a lot, now I’m dealing with them on the other side of the counter. I showed them more respect and compassion then they have ever shown me and that pisses me off to no end. I am irate at the treatment I’ve received from the black employees at Social Security offices and at the local Medicare offices, who appear to relish the thought of berating and humiliating me every chance they get.

But that seems to be the policy that Jesse Jackson, Rev Al Sharpton seem to be promoting to those in the black community, and are spreading racial haters of whites, Jews, Hispanics, and Orientals. Their threats of racial hatred come Election Day should Obama lose, who are telling blacks they want to start riots in every large city across this Country until white Americans come to their terms. Is that what we will have to look forward to for four years? Racial hatred in any form is unacceptable by any means and their message of hate is intolerable. You’ll win at any costs and if we have to kill some whitey to get what we want then so be it. Great message.

Thanks to all who are wishing me well on my recovery. Everyday it’s getting better and better. I now type 35 wpm with my left hand. I can now put my right hand into a ball and can raise my right arm higher every day. It’s a slow process but I will thrive and prevail. Thank you again.

  35. Linda,

Thank you for your kind words.

    TeamSarah at 40,000 subscribers! Wow!

Let the liberals come here, I welcome their comments.

They don’t stay for long, the whole vampire/sunlight thing I guess..

    Thanks as always,

    Welcome to your new home.

Its great to have a new member of the family.

Thank you for your kind words.

  37. link ’em, Danno!

  38. beyond disgusted,

A buddy took his stickers and applied them to a strip of magnetic material that he got at the office supply store, then cut to fit.

He takes them off at night after driving around all day annoying the psychotic liberals riding the bus and peddling their Priuses.

    Problem solved..

Thanks for your kind words, my friend.

  39. Eileen,

I will continue to pray for you.

I am so grateful that you took so much time to put your heart felt words into your comment with everything that you are going through.

You make this site better with your heart and your perseverance.

Our best to you and yours,

  40. Eileen

    Its worse than that.

In 1992 Bill Clinton ran for office spewing the exact same crap Obama is.
Then in 1993, Clinton and the THEN Democratic congress gave us the largest tax increase in US History.
And their explanation? The economy was worse than they thought!

What changed from Oct 1992 when Clinton was spewing this nonsense to Feb 1993 when Clinton was in full control?? That’s only 3 short months.

    Nothing changed.
It was all a lie. Smoke screens and mirrors.
Today Obama is sprewing the same crap.

No matter how much perfume he (and the news media, and Oprah, and CNN, ABC, CBS, Hollywood, et al) sprinkle on his dung heap, on close inspection its still all BULLSHIT.

  41. Stitch,

    Stop making sense..

  42. Eileen,

I’m glad that you are progressing. Our prayers are with you.

My sister gets treated like crap at the WIC office by all of the black employees. Her baby has a prescription for special formula and the bitches behind the counter refuse to fill her prescription. My sister’s pediatrician finally had to call up to the WIC office and read them the riot act — just to get baby milk. She hates going there with a passion. At the DMV my sister almost got arrested because she made a scene when a black employee would not take my sister when it was her turn. The employee took everyone else and made my sister wait. Eventually, my sister got pissed, started saying nasty things, and then the DMV employee called the cops. Needless to say, my sister does not have a very favourable view of black people because of the treatment she receives.

When I was forced onto Medicaid by the state of Washington, I got evil stares every time I went into the welfare office. I was a well-dressed white girl, and in the minds of all of the minorities sitting in the waiting room with me, I did not belong there — even though I qualified and was mandated by the state (in WA it is illegal for a minor to be without health insurance).

  43. Larry: I’ll be out there Tuesday to cast my single vote. But I despair that a long dark night may be about to descend upon America. When my lawyer, an otherwise very intelligent fellow, a devout Jew, tells me he’s for Obama and says to me in his most sincere lawyer voice “…because Vince, he speaks to me” I know this country as it was handed to us (and Israel) is (are) finished.

  44. Vincent,

Maybe your attorney friend should be concerned when Rashid Khalidi “speaks to Obama.”

How about Bill Ayers, he “speaks to” BHO/JFK as well.

Go out and negate his vote which is based upon nothingness.

Your friend sounds as though he is a standing argument for the fact that education is by no means synonymous with intelligence..

He has too much “Democratic racist guilt” to overcome.

Obama (Dear Leader II) will “speak to us” from his throne atop “Fairness Square” in the center of the “Compassion Commune” formerly known as the White House..

    Negate that vote.

    Thanks as always,

  46. George,

Forget it, the left will NEVER take you up on your offer.

You violated their cardinal rule: NEVER talk to anyone who makes sense..

    Thanks as always my friend,

  47. Larry… walkin’ 1/2 mile a day on crutches and loving it. Fresh air, sunshine and a brand new ‘aircast’. Dig it man! Thanks for askin’.

JR… I got the charcoal too. Lunch is gonna be sweet 🙂

Glad to see you back on-line. You obviously did some thinking and research while soaking up the rays. Some great thoughts and enlightening facts presented.

It occurs to me that Obama has created the “perfect storm”. He has marshaled a concophany of circumstances and emotions to create a potentially lethal and destructive storm by combining the low end voters who are predominately one-dimensional and voting for increase in their entitlements, with liberals looking to relieve guilt or further their Marxist agenda.

To that toxic combination you add Obama’s experience as a Community Organizer (code for figuring out how to manipulate the votes) and sprinkle in the notion that the end justifies the means (so what if I vote 73 times, I’m entitled) and now you have the perfect storm.

If we don’t stop Obama at the polls it is because too many tax paying, hard working Americans have allowed themselves to herded into the slaughter pen by carnivores who intend to fleece us of anything they covet. It is most disturbing that I have to contemplate that I am going to have my freedoms and finances impacted by a large chunk of voters who pay no taxes and cheat at the polls. Something is terribly wrong with that picture.

You don’t get to vote for the Board of Directors at Microsoft unless you own some shares!!!

  49. WOW
This site is flowing with great data.
Just took me an hour to read it all
To bad it only reaches our choir.

Just came home from a family birthday party.Reviewed Halloween
neighborhood comments to children trick or treating

    left about 12 family members

  50. RWG,

I am going to be totally honest with you and all of the family: I INTENTIONALLY ignored the television in my cabin on the cruise.

I just sat down last night and looked over the headlines and I started banging away.

Be on the lookout: I am half way done with “Palling Around”, one that every family member should attach to an email and send to any and all Obamazombies.

Keep your eyes on the site, we are on a roll so just call us “butter”.

    Thanks as always,

I admire your self control. Keeping away from the TV probably was a good thing.

Looking forward to “Palling Around”. I can only imagine the subject matter.

Keeping up the good fight here in PA. We just might pull it off. The secret to success here is in the union vote. I just don’t believe union members would ever admit that they were voting for McCain after their leadership endorsed Obama. But I also do not believe that the average White union guy is going to pull that level for Obama when the curtain closes. And that may be a huge swing here in PA. And it has very little, if anything, to do with race.

  52. I just love your articles and reading all the comments made on this site.
Just praying everyone who’s making comments knows it’s even more important to be waging war in the spiritual realm, cause that’s what this election is going to take. This is a fierce spiritual battle facing our nation, we wage not against flesh and blood. Prayer changes things. When McCain wins, it will be known that God had everything to do with it.

  53. Check out this website for an eye-opener

  54. Becky,

Thank you for your kind words.

I couldn’t agree with you more. What you are talking about is the “change” that we need..

    Thanks as always,

  55. RWG,

“Palling Around” will be up in about five minutes..

  56. I happened to go down you tube lane, boy is there a lot of conflicks.. this one I just love wish I could send it to Chris Matthews and K, Overbite

also Mc Cain/Palin they could run it as a commercial.

  57. Welcome back Larry. Your back in time to see Obama steal the election! No, but seriously, I have a good feeling about McCain winning and I really dont trust the polls. To comment on the couple voting for Obama because they spent $200 at the grocery store, as if Obama can do anything to fix that. It reminds me of what I heard the other day. I was listening to the radio (I dont remember which commentator it was) and he had a tape of a woman praising Obama because now she doesnt have to worry about paying her house payment and she doesnt have to worry about paying her car payment. Are these people delusional?

  58. Folks, even leftwing polls are begining to call it “within the margin of error”, though you’ll NEVER hear or see the MSM say that.

  59. Still another great piece, Larry. We desperately need a “November” surprise – TODAY. I hear there are currently 4 lawsuits pending as to producing an authentic, American birth certificate. I suppose we’ll never hear the conclusion to those issues. Like Klinton, nothing seems to stick to Teflon II, thanks in large part to the fellow travelers in the Old Media.

  60. Rick2,

I prefer to think of them as the “fifth columnists of the fourth estate”..

    It sounds so formal..

    Thanks as always,

  61. Larry,

Home run sir. Welcome back. I will share some of my thoughts on the next post.
