Rewarding Failure

As previously discussed, the left has as one of its goals the destruction of all that is good. The “totalitarian tentacles” of the left are all carcinogenic in nature but they have saved their most macabre and malicious efforts for their toils relative to the “education” of America’s youth.. The left knew that if they destroyed the public education system in America, their job of turning the public school’s “victims” into Democratic indentured servants could be done without any bloodshed and removing bloodletting from the Democrat’s arsenal had became necessary..

Turning the clock back, the Democrats of old were fond of the physical abuse that they would liberally (pun intended..) ladle out to those who “thought (and more importantly looked) differently than they did”.. At this point, the left had only begun to infiltrate the bastions of the once “impartial” media, so the proof of their handiwork was telecast only at Five and Ten PM (Unlike today’s 24 hour full frontal leftist assault..) but that scant (by today’s standard) amount of coverage was enough for America to say “enough”..

Simply turning the nation’s public schools into the laughing stocks that they have become under the left’s tutelage was part of their larger plan to cauterize the self esteem of the lowest class. Those with no self esteem will not achieve and those who do not achieve are grist for the liberal mill.. Socialist Soylent Green..

Within the liberal mind, “self esteem” comes from the hard work of others, redistributed by the liberals the first Monday of every month. Self esteem actually comes from accomplishment and achievement, NOT from an EBT card.. (Electronic Benefits Transfer.. That’s right, they actually have the gall to take WELFARE and make it a “benefits transfer”, transferred from the working to the slothful..) Wonder why so many of the “poor” are so angry? Maybe they have figured out exactly WHO treats them like infants.. Nahh, the left has succeeded magnificently..

So the Democrats started listening to the “pacifist” leftists within their perverted pantheon.. The “new and improved” torture should be mental, not physical.. Much easier to explain away.. And so it began..

The old school (had to use the pun..) Democrats realized that the tide of sentiment was turning against their brutal efforts to keep minorities “in their place”. Their methodology HAD to change while keeping the same results.. It seemed like a daunting task.

When the Democrats came to fully understand the term “knowledge is power”, that is when their systematic destruction of the public school system began in earnest.. The left HAD to create an environment where stupidity became the norm because only within an environment of stupidity could the liberal ethos flourish..

The liberals then began to eliminate all that stood in their way. Over time, annoying things like “grades” were to be deemed “exclusionary” and “hurtful”.. They derided “outcome based education”, “grades” for those who prefer brevity.

Even things like dodgeball were branded as “too dangerous”. (Liberal buzzword for “hateful”).. Lawsuits claimed that dodgeball “provides limited opportunities for everyone in the class, especially the slower, less agile students who need the activity the most..” Note the leftist buzzwords, “opportunities”, “everyone”.. (Actually, the liberal lawyers screwed up, they should have said that ‘less agile students need activity the most’. ‘THE activity’ denotes the need for dodgeball which they were arguing against. All that the left really wanted was for EVERYONE to “win”..) As always with the left, a lawsuit is a good answer and this was from just one lawsuit in Albany New York. (USA Today 11/20/2004)

“Outcomes” that acknowledged effort and results, whether it be grades or trophies, must be removed as “exclusionary”.. The old “good try, better luck next time” for the losers (SO hateful..) was replaced with medals, ribbons, certificates and ceremonies complete with marching bands for EVERYONE who merely showed up.. The leftists literally admonished and castigated the real “winners” while the they continued to reward failure..

The old running joke, “A for effort” became the motto of the liberal’s “new and improved” public schools.. Everyone had to “feel good”, it wasn’t about excellence or accomplishment any longer.

It has reached a point where credit is even being doled out for giving the WRONG ANSWERS. New York City fourth graders were given “partial credit for blank or incorrect answers on state math tests.” (New York Post 06/06/2010) Everyone is happy, everyone is equal, welcome to the liberal Nirvana.. In order to insure an “equality of outcome”, NOT the equality of opportunity, the left HAS to be completely involved in the socialist song and dance from beginning to end.. But the sinister reason behind this lies with the left’s need to procure new generations of slaves gained without all of the messy physical violence of the Democrats good ‘ol days..

When testing began in earnest, the students/victims were obviously going to score ridiculously low, so.. It was then time to take aim at the TEST. Back to New York again where “NYC schools protest ‘unfair’ state English test” (NY Post 04/11/2014) “Unfair”. The concept of teaching English, mathematics (where 2+2 equals whatever the “student” wants..) and history and then expecting results and then, perish the thought, grading them accordingly, is “unfair”..

Not picking on New York here, this is a liberal-created nationwide epidemic. English is barely even taught as a second language as the melting pot that created generations of useful and productive AMERICANS has now been replaced by the “salad bowl” of useless hyphenated-BARELY IF AT ALL-pseudo-Americans with a chip on their shoulder and a lawyer at their side.. It continues to be all about rewarding failure..

These “teachers”, Democratic, unionized and “educated” themselves at the socialist indoctrination stations called “universities”, also attacked western culture through their “change” (Just like the OWEbama “change”, not for the good) in what is taught as “history”. There the avowed leftists, from greasy textbook writers to dirty socialist pedagogues, can “teach” their Bolshevik brand of revisionist “history” based on victimization to those who are actually being “oppressed” and victimized by the liberal necromancy..

As the entire process becomes watered down, the “teachers” began the disgusting habit of merely playing “pass the trash”. Thus sufficiently rewarded for failure and once the perverted process of the liberal-dominated public schooling/daycare ends, the “victims” are cast out into a “heartless and hateful” society and workforce that DEMANDS results and excellence..

Thus virtually unemployable or at best, under-employed, they remain mired within the lowest class where the liberals are there waiting to continue to “help” in the same sanctimonious and underhanded manner they did with their “help” in the public schools.. Since you are unemployable, you will need “benefits” and lots of them. Again, enter the liberals and their demand for more of SOMEONE ELSES money to “help” with a problem that the left has created and exacerbated..

Failing that, when you cannot gain employment, why not sue based on the “underrepresentation” of a particular race, gender or “orientation”? Many companies have set aside (see, “set asides” are always a failure..) positions that are merely “paper jobs” where results are not needed, just the “proper representation based upon the racial makeup of a given area..”

If the blame for the FAILURE of countless public school “educated” chattel EVER gets back to the public schools, in unison, the cry from them begins for MORE MONEY. (Please note that whenever the left is involved in a “problem”, the “problem” is always to be answered with more money. As well, note that the left NEVER wants to END a problem, they want it to continue FOREVER so that they can continue their “income redistribution” racket..) If money truly is the “root of all evil”, this would explain why the liberals so cravenly desire so much of it..

To sum all of this up (AKA: 2+2=4..) if the liberals want more money for their friends who occupy the teachers unions as both groups collude in turning the public schools into hazardous waste dumps, then we demand more RESULTS and more ACCOUNTABILITY.

By destroying our public school system which was once the envy of the entire world, the ever-helpful left has created more “work”.. For themselves.. In this case, they are babysitting the perpetual lowest class that reproduces itself with the end of each school year. All that the left asks in return is for their “friends” to vote for them as many times as they can..

After all, who else would so willingly hand out so many hand outs and who else would so willingly be so thrilled to be endlessly rewarding failure?

  1. And we stood back and shook our heads, hoping that someone would stand up and fix it. Boy were we stupid! Now we have to go back and fix this mess ourselves. That is the reality of what we face today as we try to pick up the pieces and get this country back on track. I wonder how long it will take to get the job done? I also wonder how much worse it has to get before the numbers of those who have figured it out reaches critical mass, so that we have enough voices to be heard? I hope and pray that there is enough left of our once-great country to get the job done.

    Great subject matter Larry, because it is time to start facing the problems, and finding solutions. This is one of the most important problems that has to be fixed. I’m sick to death of the bitching and whining. It’s time to start fixing things. Local school boards have to be brought back to reality, and those of us who are paying University tuitions have to start talking with our money… If the school is a liberal cesspool, my kids don’t go there. If my alma mater hires ex-cons, radical feminists, race-baiters and communist sympathizers, they don’t get my annual donation, and I need to tell them why.

    Once out of office, he will do the multi-million dollar lecture circuit, the Demos will trot him out at various fund raisers and as with ALL Demos once they leave office, he will ALWAYS be available to comment to the “impartial” media about what the next Republican president is doing.

    He’s quite young, he will be with us for a very long time.

    He can then talk about policy, thankfully he won’t be able to administer any more..
