And Of Course

The carcinogenic touch that has been utilized in the sledgehammer manner of Obama and his acolytes has had a rather chilling effect upon the rest of the fellow travelers. The Obama dance card, once filled to bursting with requests from those begging to kiss the potentate’s ring and to prostrate themselves before Dear Leader, isn’t even a consideration any longer from even the most homely of the liberal political wallflowers.. All of this “hope and change” has caused the liberals to “change” their phone numbers when Obama calls..

In “Moderates’ demand for Obama wanes” (Politico) we read that, “Democrats facing potentially difficult reelections this fall have a message for Obama: Don’t call us, we’ll call you..” “Potentially difficult” certainly qualifies as the “understatement of the day” as the Berserker Bolshevik, enabled by his elephantine ego has destroyed “historic” amounts of what was once the United States. The liberal leader has quickly become the liberal liability.. It’s the “audacity of the dope”..

The Democrats have “a decided lack of enthusiasm for having Obama come to their districts to campaign for them..” After personally creating “historic” deficits and debts, after manufacturing “historic” unemployment numbers, only the most mentally unstable of liberals would be rolling out the “red” carpet for “Typhoid Barry”.. This “decided lack of enthusiasm” phrase may have just surpassed the last “understatement of the day”..

Here is where the Democratic dance of the demented really begins to twirl and to cavort.. “Some site the president’s surely busy schedule..” Maybe if the progressive poltroon hadn’t been so “busy” in the last twelve months, these liberals wouldn’t be one step from the morgue.. “These members aren’t necessarily attempting to distance themselves from the administration..” That’s right, we have yet another new frontrunner for the “understatement of the day” award.. The liberals are doing everything short of plastic surgery and altering their fingerprints in order to “distance themselves” from ANYTHING Obama..

The article claims that such a total amnesia towards the collectivist clod is “not an unusual development”. What they are failing to mention is that this phenomenon occurring within such an amazingly short amount of time in relation to his inauguration is HIGHLY unusual.. “George W. Bush suffered a similar fate..” Billy Bob Clinton did as well but both “suffered” much farther into their terms than the “historic” Obama.. The fabulous fall from grace to disgrace by Obama certainly puts the laws of terminal velocity to the test..

“With his success in the interior West and upper South, Obama was thought to be a political asset..” That was BEFORE he began his preposterous pogroms and his judicious genocide.. This alleged “success” has never been properly measured against the caliber of his political opponent who nevertheless managed to acquire more votes than any other losing candidate without even trying.. Obama all on his own has gone from a “political asset” to just a “political ass”..

Now the liberals are all concerned about the “schedule” that Obama has to keep. They want to “spare Obama the trouble” or they know that he is “surely busy”.. Earl Pomeroy who is in the political fight of his life thanks to the busy little beaver in Washington says that “I’ve found that their schedules are usually booked full and so I don’t expect him..” Pomeroy didn’t mention whether he has ASKED for an appearance from Obama, he just doesn’t “expect him”.. Pomeroy may need to take into consideration his own unimportance when making such requests of the Democratic dictator..

BECAUSE of Obama, the liberals are in political fights in areas where they have run roughshod and literally uncontested for generations. Each and every seat is now a “life or death” struggle for the leftists as their “garrulous golden boy” has rapidly tarnished causing these desperate Democrats to strike out on their own.. Literally.. The desperation of the fight means that the liberals need to divert attention from the hideous effects of Obama and his collectivist caliphate. They need a hero from the past to remind them of the “good times”.. “Paging Bill Clinton..”

Pomeroy said, “If the president wants to come to North Dakota, he is invited..” What Pomeroy didn’t add was, “I AIN’T ASKING.” Baron Hill of Indiana added, “If he wants to come to my district he’s welcome..” Hill forgot to add, “I WON’T BE HERE THOUGH..” “I don’t plan on asking him to come because I know he’s a busy guy..” If he weren’t so “busy”, Hill might not have such a tough task on his hands..

Georgia’s John Barrow said, “he’s got a lot more important things to worry about than campaigning for me..” Here the liberals are scrapping tooth and nail at a time when EVERY seat is of the utmost importance and they have no “star power” to bring the hinds out to their ridiculous revivals.. Allen Boyd of Florida said, “I hadn’t really thought about it..” Boyd held out the olive branch though as he said, “That’s kind of a loaded question. His heart’s in the right place, he’s trying to do a good job, he’s been dealt an awful hand..” Regardless of where Boyd believes Obama’s “heart” is, Obama’s mind appears to be somewhere else.. Boyd calls it a “loaded question” but when he says that Obama is “trying”, that is the definition of a “loaded word”. The “awful hand” that Obama was dealt was dealt by the liberals themselves who have been in control of Congress since 2006 and Obama went “all in” right out of the box..

“Other Southern Democrats, familiar with the political necessity of distancing themselves from their more liberal national party, offered an easier explanation: It’s not just Obama they don’t but any outside figure.” Judging by the sordid and shameful past of the “Southern Democrats”, I would say that one word was misspelled in that last quote and I will leave it to your discretion to decide which one that it is..

One liberal was completely confused by the query. Lincoln Davis of Tennessee said, “Why would you ask that question for? I didn’t have George Bush come campaign for me..” After being reminded that he was a Democrat, Davis said, “Why would I want a president to come campaign for me?” If Davis can’t think any faster on his feet than that, thankfully there will be one more Democrat in the unemployment line in November..

The liberals are so petrified of being connected with Obama that in some cases, they allow themselves to be identified only vague and mysterious terms.. “One vulnerable House Democratic freshman said the president remains popular with the base but has become increasingly polarizing..” “The base” is the perpetually governmentally addicted, to the overwhelming number of normal Americans, defining Obama as “polarizing” is being wildly diplomatic.. “Members are paying close attention to the public mood and will make determinations as the election nears about how to position themselves with or apart from the White House..” The liberals aren’t paying nearly enough attention to the “public mood” and that is good news for America come November..

Oregon’s David Wu has taken a different route. “Wu listed in order, which administration officials he’d like to have visit on his behalf. Jill Biden, the vice president’s wife, Energy Secretary Stephen Chu, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis..” His FIRST choice to visit Oregon and to campaign on his behalf isn’t even a member of the administration.. That is known as a clue..

Wu felt compelled to then mention what are now being referred to in liberal circles as “the afterthoughts”.. “And of course, we would welcome the president and the vice president also..” And of course you would..

  1. Wow, it has taken these Dems a long, long time to learn something that ‘the family’, and many others, have know for a long time. Apparently all of the “hope and change” nonsense has finally registered with these libs. We can only “hope” that this “change” in there collective cerebral corteces will prompt them to vote against Obamascare.

  2. They have boxed themselves into a tight little corner, haven’t they?? Snicker! Good! Maybe niw they will oppen their eyes to what has been done to their precious Democrat Party. It will be a long time before they have the country’s trust again. They may not be willing to say it out loud, but they all know the truth. They have been had by the Socialists and the Communists and they need to clean house before they will have power to do ANYTHING for a long time.

  3. Any predictions offered toward the liberal finding a way to rid themselves of their Scarlet Community Organizer perhaps before his first term is up?

He’s degraded America’s only real Middle Eastern Ally (Israel) in favor of Palestinian despots and murderers. He’s traveling the world apologizing for America while lecturing others on how to do it right, when in fact he has no experience in anything other than getting elected.

He went to the Muslim world in Egypt to declare that America is not a Christian Nation while he heaped praises on Islam where he compared the “plight” of the Palistinians to the Holocaust.

The Russians think he’s a putz. The French think hes rude.

The Germans want him to stop spending.

The Indians want him to get his nose out of their enviromental business.

North Korea thinks he’s a joke, the Iranians won’t even acknowledge his phone calls.

And out of all the people to be at a lose for words, the English can’t come up with a comprehensive opinion of him.

As for the Chinese, Obama’s to frightened to even look their way. Afterall, China does own a good share of the United States’ money today.

Obama is such a political horror show, and so detrimental to the USA and his own Democratic Party, that the Democrats themselves will either force him to resign or figure a way to have him thrown out of office.

More likely than not Obama will be the Democrats own lame duck president.

I don’t believe that the liberals have nearly as much love for America as they do for their own political fortunes. They are constantly and consistantly playing those odds and those odds only and right now with Obama, those fortunes are quickly becoming toast.

Dan Rather says he [BHO] couldn’t sell a watermelon if state troopers stopped traffic for him. Dan and most of the Dems don’t realize that it’s not the peddler but the merchandise that he’s offering that is putting everyone off. If the watermelons had included defense of the country, reduction of the size of government, tax reduction and simplification, and the withdrawal of the Feds from the healthcare, insurance, mortgage, banking, and car businesses, instead of being full of the seeds of destruction, Obama would had had a booming business. No, Dan. It isn’t pigment or personality—it’s policy. Would Rather know a true watermelon when he sees one, much less the quickest way to sell it to a thirsty electorate?

He is so articulate that when he appears after session for taped public commentary he cannot read his OWN typed speech without multiple reading errors after which he laughs at himself. Yep, he is one fine servant of the people. A dolt!

Great article Larry! Your best moniker yet……….”collectivist clod”. Exactly right!! He either knows exactly what he’s doing (deliberate destruction of the US economy) or he’s the biggest idiot we ever put in the WH.

  8. And of course “Typhoid Barry” acts like he hasn’t a clue. I am hoping this is the last week we have to hear about his Republic Suicide Healthswear. If we indeed stop this monstrous piece of garbage from passing, the zero might finally get a clue and dial it back because he will certainly be a lame cluck! I think the dance of the demented democraps has hit a sour note.

I was saddened to see Mitt Romney endorse Bob Bennett. I honestly think anyone considering a run for anything in the future should think long and hard regarding whom they endorse, especially the Republicans. American can have a long memory, but the media never forgets how to fight what they don’t want.

  9. Last year the Dumbos were passing bills without reading them, this year they’re passing bills without voting on them. Kinda makes you stop and think doesn’t it?

Why should we show them the courtesy or respect in voting them out of office in November. As elected “representatives” of their constituents they sure as hell don’t deserve it. Apprapro would be backing an Atlas van to each of their offices and start shoveling their worthless hides out the door.

Chances are we poor, ignorant, commoners could get along like kids on a tire swing until we found suitable replacements that were more interested in our country than their wallets.

  10. This is a uplifting story that we have been asked to spread the word about this brave and noble leader and soldier.

God Bless Brian Chontosh–USMC. Those of you who might not know, the man on the left is the Commandant of the Marine Corps, and he is proud to know the man on the right.

Maybe you’d like to hear about a real American, somebody who honored the uniform he wears.

Meet Brian Chontosh Churchville-Chili Central School Class of 1991.Proud graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Husband and about-to-be father. First lieutenant (now Captain) in the United States Marine Corps. And a genuine hero, the secretary of the Navy said so yesterday. At 29 Palms in California Brian Chontosh was presented with the Navy Cross, the second highest award for combat bravery the United States can bestow.

That’s a big deal. But you won’t see it on the network news tonight And all you’ll read in Brian’s hometown newspaper is two paragraphs of nothing. The odd fact about the American media in this war is that it’s not covering the American military. The most plugged-in nation in the world is receiving virtually no true information about what its warriors are doing.

Oh, sure, there’s a body count. We know how many Americans have fallen. And we see those same casket pictures day in and day out.

And we’re almost on a first-name basis with the jerks who abused the Iraqi prisoners. And we know all about improvised explosive devices and how we lost Fallujah and what Arab public-opinion polls say about us and how the world hates us.

We get a non-stop feed of gloom and doom but we don’t hear about the heroes. The incredibly brave GIs who honorably do their duty. The ones our grandparents would have carried on their shoulders down Fifth Avenue .

The ones we completely ignore, like Brian Chontosh. It was a year ago on the march into Baghdad . Brian Chontosh was a platoon leader rolling up Highway 1 in a Humvee.

When all hell broke loose, ambush city. The young Marines were being cut to ribbons. Mortars, machine guns, rocket propelled grenades.

And the kid out of Churchville was in charge. It was do or die and it was up to him. So he moved to the side of his column, looking for a way to lead his men to safety. As he tried to poke a hole through the Iraqi line his Humvee came under direct enemy machine gun fire. It was fish in a barrel and the Marines were the fish. And Brian Chontosh gave the order to attack…

He told his driver to floor the humvee directly at the machine gun emplacement that was firing at them. And he had the guy on top with the 50 cal unload on them.

Within moments there were Iraqis slumped across their machine guns and Chontosh was still advancing, ordering his driver now to take the Humvee directly into the Iraqi trench that was attacking his Marines.

Over into the battlement the Humvee went and out the door Brian Chontosh bailed, carrying an M16 and a Beretta and 228 years of Marine Corps pride.

And he ran along the trench, with its mortars and riflemen, machine guns and grenadiers. And he killed them all. He fought with the M16 until it was out of ammo. Then he fought with the Beretta until it was out of ammo. Then he picked up a dead man’s AK4 and fought with that until it was out of ammo.

Then he picked up another dead man’s AK47 and fought with that until it was out of ammo.

At one point he even fired a discarded Iraqi RPG into an enemy cluster, sending attackers flying with its grenade explosion.

When he was done Brian Chontosh had cleared 200 yards of entrenched Iraqis from his platoon’s flank. He had killed more than 20 and wounded at least as many more.

But that’s probably not how he would tell it. He would probably merely say that his Marines were in trouble, and he got them out of trouble. Ooh-rah, and drive on.

“By his outstanding display of decisive leadership, unlimited courage in the face of heavy enemy fire, and utmost devotion to duty, 1st Lt. Chontosh reflected great credit upon himself and upheld the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service.” That’s what the citation says. And that’s what nobody will hear. That’s what doesn’t seem to be making the evening news. Accounts of American valor are dismissed by the press as propaganda, yet accounts of American difficulties are heralded as objectivity. It makes you wonder if the role of the media is to inform or to depress – to report or to deride. To tell the truth, or to feed us lies.
But I guess it doesn’t matter. We’re going to turn out all right as long as men like Brian Chontosh wear our uniform.

If you are as proud of this Marine as I am, then send this to EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHY WASN’T THIS BE REPORTED ON CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC? INSTEAD WE GOT 24-7 COVERAGE OF TIGER WOODS INFIDELITY CONSEQUENCES. WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT?

God bless him and his men AND all our military heroes now and in the past, it’s their bravery that provides freedom to this Country. The news media might not want to tell his story, instead they’ll focus on the number of “innocent” Iraqi’s he killed. It’s all about how they spin the story. He is a true hero. I wonder when he returns to the US that he think about doing the same thing to Congress. We could use some brave hero’s like him to run for public office. I’d even move to Churchville so I could vote for him. Where is Churchville? I love the name of the town, it says a great deal about where this country came from. In the times of Obama, he’ll deem the town name is illegal and violates the separation of Church and State and he’ll write legislation or sign an Executive Order to rename it Obamaville.

  12. Okay Everyone, I’ve been doing the research on the Blue Dog Democrats contact information. Please take a few moment to email the Congress member and their are some staff members email as well. Since most of Congress have taken their phones off the hook but you might try to fax them. The message should be if you vote for this piece of corrupt legislation you better start updating you resume, because YOU WILL BE GONE. We need to keep the pressure on them to look after all Americans not just their own constituents. But if you vote “no” we will support your re-election campaign because you listened to the voices of millions and made the correct decision.
